Cancellation policy
Made-to-order products can be cancelled only before production begins. There are no cancellation charges.
Before production starts
Contact support with your order number as soon as possible. If production has not started, we cancel the order and refund the full amount paid, including shipping, to the original payment method within 5 to 7 working days. We never charge a cancellation fee.
Support email and WhatsApp destinations will be published here before ordering opens.
After production starts
Once a personalized item is in production it cannot be cancelled or changed, because it is made specifically for you and cannot be resold. This is disclosed before payment. Problems with the delivered item are handled under the replacement policy, which includes refunds for defective or misdescribed goods.

If we cannot fulfil an order, for example an unserviceable address discovered after payment, a pricing error, or a production problem we cannot resolve, we contact you and refund the full amount paid within 5 to 7 working days.
